G Stuffed Fillet of Northern -

3 - 4 pounds boneless Northern Fillets

1 - Box Stove Top Stuffing

4 - Tablespoons butter (2 for stuffing, reserve 2 for baste)

2 - Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/4 - Cup White Wine or Bourbon Optional)

2 - teaspoons, McCormick - Lemon & Herb Seasoning

Seasoning Salt

Black Pepper

Preheat Oven to 350o. Mix stuffing reducing liquid by 1/2. (Wine can be substituted for liquid in the stuffing, as well.) Add Lemon & Herb Seasoning to stuffing mix. In small sauce pan melt 2 Tablespoons butter, adding lemon juice, and wine or Bourbon. Lay Northern fillets on baking sheet, and stuff each liberally with the Stuffing mix. If your fillets are to small to stuff, sandwich stuffing between fillets. Baste with butter, lemon and Wine or Bourbon, and season. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

Preparation and cooking time, about 45 minutes.
