G Italian Fish Bake-

1 1/2 pounds - Northern or other lean white meated fish fillet   (Skin removed)

1 - Jar Spaghetti Sauce   (I personally prefer a Hearty Vegetable Sauce for this one.)

2 - Tablespoons Snipped Fresh Parsley

1/2 - Teaspoon Dried Basil

Seasoning Salt and Black Pepper to taste

1 - Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat over to 350o. Cut filets into serving size pieces lay in 9x13 baking dish.. Pour Spaghetti Sauce over fillets. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and parsley. Top with Cheese.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Or, until fish flakes easily.

This one also works well on the grill, or over the campfire. Prepare and wrap in foil pouches for campsite applications.
